Join us for a deeply moving matinee at Phoenix Theatre to experience Come From Away—the remarkable true story of 38 planes carrying 7,000 strangers who were unexpectedly grounded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, on September 11, 2001. As the town’s population nearly doubled overnight, residents responded with extraordinary generosity and compassion.
Told through soaring music, heartfelt storytelling, and moments of joy and humor, this Tony Award–winning musical celebrates kindness, resilience, and the power of human connection—leaving audiences inspired and uplifted.
Before the performance, we’ll enjoy lunch on self at the Miracle Mile Deli, a longtime local favorite, before heading to the theatre for the matinee.
