Experience the magic of the season at Las Noches de las Luminarias, the Desert Botanical Garden’s most enchanting holiday event! For more than four decades, this beloved Arizona tradition has illuminated the desert night with thousands of glowing luminarias, twinkling lights, and the soothing sounds of live music. We’ll depart the Valley mid-afternoon and make our way to Tempe Marketplace, where you’ll have time to enjoy dinner on self and explore the lively outdoor shopping district. With dozens of restaurants to choose from—including The Keg, Kabuki, California Pizza Kitchen, Smashburger, Panera Bread, and Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ—there’s something for every taste and budget. After dinner, we’ll continue to the Desert Botanical Garden for our entry to Las Noches de las Luminarias. Stroll at your own pace along beautifully illuminated trails lined with hand-lit luminarias and shimmering holiday lights, while live musicians perform throughout the Garden. Don’t miss Framerate: Desert Pulse, an immersive light-and-sound installation celebrating the rhythms and beauty of the Sonoran Desert. The Garden’s paved, walker-friendly paths feature plenty of benches and resting areas, and wheelchairs or scooters are available for rent at the SRP Visitor Center. Bars throughout the Garden offer festive drinks and treats, and the Garden Shop will also be open for holiday browsing. An evening of quiet beauty and desert glow, perfect for the holiday season.

Cancellation Policy — ONE-DAY Van or Motorcoach Tours must be paid for when you make your reservation. Reservations can be made either by phone or online. One-day tours are nonrefundable within 30 days of the tour.
