DAY 1: ARRIVE NEW ORLEANS
Today arrive in New Orleans for a four-night stay in the exciting French Quarter—home to fabulous restaurants and jazz clubs. We’ll kick off this festive tour with a Reveillon Welcome Dinner, a traditional Creole holiday feast.

DAY 2: FRENCH QUARTER TOUR – STEAMBOAT CRUISE
This morning we’ll enjoy a French Quarter Walking Tour featuring the St. Louis Cathedral with adjoining Cabildo and rectory, Bourbon Street, Pirates Alley and the French Marketplace. Next visit the famous Café du Monde to enjoy café au lait and beignets. Later board your Steamboat for a relaxing Paddlewheeler Cruise on the Mississippi River. This evening enjoy dinner with your fellow travelers at the famous New Orleans School of Cooking.

DAY 3: NEW ORLEANS – OAK ALLEY PLANTATION
Today we’ll enjoy a New Orleans City Tour. Visit the Garden District which features one of the best-preserved collections of historic southern mansions in the United States. Visit the Longue Vue Gardens & House, a National Historic Landmark. The ever-changing gardens provide an inspiring destination year-round to learn about native plants and flowers. Also stop to view an Above Ground Cemetery which are both historic & hauntingly beautiful. Later travel outside of New Orleans to tour Oak Alley Plantation, one of the state’s most visited antebellum homes featuring a quarter-mile long canopy of giant live oak trees believed to be 300-years old. Early evening we’ll return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

DAY 4: NEW ORLEANS – NATIONAL WORLD WAR II MUSEUM – CELEBRATION IN THE OAKS
This morning visit one of top attractions in New Orleans, the National World War II Museum which tells the story of the American experience in the war that changed the world. Seminal moments are recreated through vintage posters, radio and film clips with more than 7,500 oral histories of the military personnel involved in the conflict. There are several short documentary films, collections of weapons, personal items, and other artifacts from the war on display. Enjoy the 4-D theater experience called “Beyond All Boundaries,” produced and narrated by Tom Hanks. The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the Crescent City at your own pace. This evening we’ll enjoy a Farewell Dinner at the Court of Two Sisters, one of the French Quarter’s most famous restaurants. After dinner board a motorcoach for a short ride to the New Orleans City Park to visit the Celebration in the Oaks, one of the most beautiful holiday light exhibits in the country.
