Whether you’re a lifelong bluegrass fan or simply enjoy great live music, the Prescott Bluegrass Festival is not to be missed. Held in the heart of Prescott, this long-running event brings together talented musicians from across the country for a full day of high-quality entertainment in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Set beneath the shade of towering elm trees at the historic Courthouse Plaza, the festival offers the perfect setting to sit back, tap your toes, and enjoy a lineup of performances that range from traditional bluegrass to modern interpretations of the genre. What began decades ago as a small fiddle contest has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated music events—while still maintaining its easygoing, community feel.

Be sure to bring a lawn chair—we’ll arrive early and make a little nest of our chairs so everyone can settle in comfortably.

You’ll also have time to explore Prescott’s charming downtown. Take a stroll along Whiskey Row, browse local shops, or simply relax and enjoy the festival atmosphere at your own pace. Lunch is on self, with a variety of great restaurants nearby offering something for every taste.

Cancellation Policy — ONE-DAY Van or Motorcoach Tours must be paid for when you make your reservation. Reservations can be made either by phone or online. One-day tours are nonrefundable within 30 days of the tour.

The Scottsdale pickup location can be easily reached via AZ 101/Pima Freeway. Exit the freeway at Shea. The La Quinta Hotel is located at the northeast corner of AZ 101 and Shea Blvd.
