Day One: Arrive to Montreal Upon arrival in Montreal, meet your Tour Director and transfer to your hotel. Montreal is one of the world’s largest French-speaking cities and most residents are bilingual. The city hosted the 1976 Summer Olympics and Expo 67, considered the most successful world’s fair of the 20th century. Overnight: Montreal

Day Two: Montreal City Tour With its unique blend of English and French cultures, Montreal is Canada’s most cosmopolitan city. This morning enjoy a Montreal City Tour highlighting Notre Dame Cathedral, St. Joseph’s Oratory, Jacques Cartier Square, McGill University, and a panoramic view of the city from Mount Royal. The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure to explore the charming shops, boutiques, and restaurants of Old Montreal. This evening enjoy a Welcome Dinner with your Tour Director and fellow travelers at a local restaurant. (B,D) Overnight: Montreal

Day Three: Montreal – Rail Journey – Quebec City This morning board Via Rail Canada for a scenic and relaxing train ride to Quebec City, often called the “Paris of North America.” Overlooking the St. Lawrence River, Quebec City is the provincial capital and one of the best-preserved historic cities in North America. Dinner is included this evening.(B,D) Overnight: Quebec City

Day Four: Quebec City Tour Today enjoy a guided tour introducing both Old and New Quebec, North America’s only walled city. Highlights include the Plains of Abraham, Chateau Frontenac, and the Citadel. This afternoon visit the Albert Gilles Copper Museum, where artisans transform copper ore into beautiful works of art. Later visit Montmorency Falls, rising nearly 100 feet higher than Niagara Falls. (B) Overnight: Quebec City

Day Five: Quebec City – Ottawa Today travel along the scenic St. Lawrence River, a historic route used by early French explorers and fur traders, to Canada’s elegant capital city of Ottawa. This afternoon enjoy a guided Ottawa City Tour featuring Parliament Hill, the Supreme Court, the Prime Minister’s residence, the War Memorial, the Peace Tower, ByWard Market, and the scenic Rideau Canal.(B) Overnight: Ottawa

Day Six: Ottawa – Thousand Islands – Toronto After breakfast travel to the beautiful Thousand Islands region, made up of more than 1,800 islands scattered along the U.S.–Canadian border. In Kingston board a 1000 Islands Cruise to travel among large, small, and tiny islands dotted with cottages and castles. Later continue to Toronto, Canada’s largest city and one of North America’s leading economic centers.(B) Overnight: Toronto

Day Seven: Toronto – Niagara-on-the-Lake – Niagara Falls This morning enjoy a Toronto City Tour featuring the downtown district, Yorkville, and the Provincial Parliament. Toronto’s skyline is dominated by the iconic CN Tower. Later visit the charming lakeside town of Niagara-on-the-Lake before continuing to Niagara Falls for a two-night stay on the Canadian side of the falls. (B) Overnight: Niagara Falls

Day Eight: Niagara Falls Today enjoy a Niagara Falls City Tour including the Floral Clock and Horticultural Center. Later experience the legendary Niagara Falls Boat Tour for an up-close encounter with the thunderous falls. Formed more than 10,000 years ago by glacial activity, the three waterfalls combine to create the highest flow rate of any waterfall in the world. This evening celebrate with a Farewell Dinner at the famous Skylon Tower, offering breathtaking views from 775 feet above the falls.(B,D) Overnight: Niagara Falls

Day Nine: Niagara Falls – Buffalo – Flight Home Today cross the border back into the United States and transfer to the Buffalo Airport for your return flight home with wonderful memories of your Great Canadian Cities journey. (B)
