Escape the Valley heat and head to the cool pines of Flagstaff for the lively Arizona Highland Celtic Festival, held at Fort Tuthill County Park. This colorful celebration of Scottish and Irish heritage brings together music, dance, food, tradition, and plenty of fun in one of Northern Arizona’s most beautiful summer settings.

Throughout the festival grounds, the sounds of bagpipes, drums, and lively Celtic music fill the air. Enjoy live performances ranging from traditional folk music to piping competitions and energetic Irish dancing demonstrations.

Festival guests can also explore clan tents, artisan vendors, cultural exhibits, and interactive workshops celebrating the rich traditions of Celtic culture. There’s plenty to see and experience throughout the day.

Guests may choose to participate in workshops exploring bodhrán drumming, baking demonstrations, tartan history, and Highland traditions. For those who enjoy the festive side of Celtic culture, whiskey and gin tastings are also available onsite.

Lunch is on self at the festival, giving everyone the opportunity to sample from a variety of food vendors serving hearty Celtic-inspired favorites, sweet treats, snacks, and refreshing beverages.
